This policy explains how Hosehaven Sourcing handles information entered in website inquiry forms. We publish no office address or telephone because those contacts are not on file.
Forms collect first name, last name, work email, company and the procurement requirement. Optional budget, currency, basis and supplier preference are merged into the requirement field at submit time when scripts run. They are not stored as separate backend fields.
We use the content to clarify specification questions and to request factory quotes. We do not sell inquiry lists. Factories receive the technical scope needed to respond; we do not add invented certificates or savings percentages.
Retention follows the operational mailbox that receives /service/feedback.act submissions once that production endpoint is connected. Until a production mailbox is verified, form posts remain a template contract, not a confirmed intake log.
To ask about stored inquiries, use the same contact form and identify the original email and company. We cannot process access requests through unpublished phone numbers.
